General Guidelines

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

  • Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are discussed and agreed upon.

  • I retain the right to share commissioned works on my social media and portfolio unless otherwise requested by the client.

  • Visual references are required for all commissions. I will not work from text descriptions alone.

Payment & Refunds

  • Payment is made in advance and only through PayPal (in USD).

  • The listed prices may vary based on complexity or additional requests.

  • Partial refunds may be considered if I cannot deliver the final product within the agreed timeframe but have already made partial progress.

  • Full refunds are not available once work has commenced.

Process & Communication

  • All communication will be conducted through Instagram DMs, X/Twitter, or Email.

  • A sketch will be provided for approval, with limited revisions during this phase.

  • After the sketch is finalized, two minor revisions are allowed per stage (line art, coloring, etc.). Major changes will incur additional fees.

  • I will provide regular progress updates if requested.

Commercial Use & Rights

  • For commercial use, an additional +100% of the base price will be charged.

  • Commercial use grants you the right to use the artwork for profit, including marketing, merchandise, or any revenue-generating activities.

  • An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) can be arranged for an additional $200. This agreement ensures the confidentiality of the commission, and I will not share any details publicly.

Additional Terms

  • The estimated completion time is 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity and my schedule. This timeline may vary, but I will inform you of any delays.

  • I will not reproduce or resell your commission; however, I retain the rights to use it as part of my portfolio or promotional material.

  • Clients are encouraged to credit me (@FireRaccoon) when posting the commissioned work on social media.

The ultimate detailed scene, fully rendered!

  • A full-body character set in a rendered scene

  • Includes detailed linework, coloring, and shading

  • Complex backgrounds or designs may have an additional +$10-50 fee

Chibi – $40

Cute and affordable! Perfect for all uses

  • Simple rendered chibi characters

  • Lined, colored, and shaded

  • Simple background comes standard keeping it cute and clean

Concept Design – $350
